2022-12-07Excellent set of DC plugs which would work for any of the notebook brands. It is one of the few which is also good looking.
I have tested it and it performs quite well at 100W.
I don't need to carry two chargers anymore because of this adapter.

2022-10-05This product is able to charge both my laptops, however there is no USB-C able included in the package. I had to find a good cable which would work with no issues. The whole solution is rather expensive and I only recommend it if you already have to bring USB-C charger with you or if your original power brick is too heavy.

2022-03-28There is no DC output 2.5mm ! So, it doesn't work with my Asus PC N550JK.

Hello,
My car fridge requires 24 Volts + 4 Amps making around 90Watts at top operation when the compressor works and it can use a female 14AWG 5.5x2.1mm DC Plug that would perfectly connect to this product.
I am planning to buy your PD3.1 Car Charger as well as a PD3.1 Wall charger from any other brand as you do not have those yet.
Now my question is; would this cable support 24 Volts? Or are you planning to upgrade this product in the future? Thanks.

Our product is designed to power majority of laptops by delivering up to 20V/5A as long as it is connected to a suitable PD power source.
There are few ways to approach your situation.
1. Using voltage increasing device which would raise the 20V output to 24V. If that device is efficient enough it might not require more than 5A input which would trigger the over current protection of any 100W PD power source. Please note that in this scenario you will not need PD3.1 power source. PD3.0 will be sufficient. We have been contacted by another customer who actually did connect two of our adapters in series and then used a voltage dropping schema to get down from 40V to 24V which might be easier. Another thing to consider here is the inrush current when the fridge compressor is turned on. Sometimes those generate spikes which might again trigger the overcurrent protection and cause the whole scenario to fail.
2. The other way to approach this is to use PD3.1 power source which however delivers 28V/5A. You will need a schema which drops the voltage from 28V to 24V. We are not aware of a end user product on the market which triggers the 28V power profile on a PD3.1 power source (like our product does 20V PD3.0). For that purpose you can purchase the Power-Z PD3.1 tester tool and manually trigger the 28V Power profile then feed that into the voltage decreasing schema mentioned above. This solution will not be very convenient as it will require you to manually switch to 28V when the setup is turned on initially but also each time after the power source was interrupted for some reason. This setup will be a little more resistant to inrush current spikes from the compressor as they will have less likely cause more than 5A current to be consumed.
